Since 1986 Offerton Sand & Gravel has been recycling soils and aggregates at our 63 acre quarry site in Stockport, Cheshire. We also sell decorative gravel, new & recycled stone, bark, sand and other landscaping materials for collection or delivery around Manchester and North Cheshire ONLY. Local delivery around Manchester and North Cheshire starts at £12 for up to 12 bulk bags of approximately 1 tonne each. Your delivery charges will be calculated on this site once you have entered your postcode, and before checkout.

Recycling
We also sell a range of environmentally friendly, recycled aggregates and soils on this site.
We have a fleet of 12 wagons serving the region which transport waste to our site. We also accept waste from a large number of other skip hire companies due to our strategic location and facilities. Over 90% of our inert waste brought into site is processed into recycled aggregates and soil. Our waste transfer station processes the skip waste, recycling wood, various metals, plastics, cardboard, hardcore & soils and any other reusable items.

Reclaimed Stone
We stock large volumes of York stone paving, granite sets, cobbles, sandstone sets, natural walling stone, block payers and many other items reclaimed at our Stockport quarry.
Skip Hire
We have 150 skips for hire, supported by a fleet of 12 wagons. We pride ourselves on our high recycling rates. Our recycling activities are fully authorised by the Environment Agency, (with whom we have an excellent environmental track record) by way of a waste management license. The waste management licence covers the entire 63 acre site and is licenced to treat up to 150,000 tonnes per year.
